Some
visitors come as complete novice; others
have their minds set on a specific solution,
to answer specific needs; others already
use digital dictation, but are not fully
satisfied, or are not using a solution to
its full potential.
We understand
the pressure that comes with
having to make the decision to introduce
a new technology in your office. Although
digital dictation and speech recognition
have now proven themselves in terms of good
investment, the benefits might
not seem that obvious to everyone.
Some visitors would have also gone through
bad experience in the past when they tried
speech recognition, and have drawn a red
line over the name. Digital dictation and
speech recognition, although often linked,
are two different technologies.
Some technophobes think
that tapes work well, and that there is
no real point moving on to “bigger
and better”. |
